It's been raining all day here. Not hard just fairly steady. SWMBO heard this morning that Phoenix may get 3 inches out of this storm. That's about half of its annual rainfall! Take a look at the sky over Prescott Valley.
Foreboding? I suppose, but I prefer to think of it as a great day to be inside with an adult beverage where it's warm and dry. Cocooning weather I think they call it. Just go with it. ;)
I like this part of the year with such a weather but only when no work is waiting for me... just a good book and no ringing phone. It's winter after all.

Oh, I'm with you Scott. By foreboding, I think I just meant I should look for an old Sherlock Holmes movie on television!
ReplyDeleteDefinitely a day to stay indoors. Mrs. C. and I went for a walk today but it was just too cold and we came home and she baked cookies.
