TUESDAY TRAVELS

A quick stop at Sunset Point north of Phoenix yesterday found little likelihood of a sunset but some impressive clouds over the mountains.

There was some blue sky peeking through up to the north, where I had come from, though.

The valley below looked nice and green.

That bright green triangular area is a friendly Arizona dude ranch.

Y'all come!

  3. Love pics of mountains, regardless of how modest they might be. It's hell being a flatlander. ;)

  6. There is a lot of history in Bumble Bee. I read stuff about it all the time. Lots of artists live there. Some day when I stop working I'd love to hop an RV and see AZ.

  8. Our recent rains have added a touch of green to our otherwise brown scenery.

  9. Well, I dunno, Dude! It's been a few years since I got up on one of them horses and I'd prob'ly fall right down on my arse, if ya knows what I mean. 'Nother thang: Do dude ranches have any folks of the female persuasion or they all jest plain dudes? Ya know, the more I think about it, I'm gonna stay home and play some golfs. I never fall off a horse when I'm playing golf. Well, unless I'se drunk. :)
