BEEN BAKING

Well, not much.

But I did turn out a Blueberry Banana Bread this morning.

I had a little trouble with it sticking to the pan, which Judy attributed to the blueberries being over-large.

I'll take that.

Regardles, it was delish!

  1. Get mine at Costco and they are huge! I have them on granola.

  2. Why don't you live beside me so that I could aid in the consumption of some great baked stuff.

  5. I haven't been baking but I have been cooking. A big pot of tomato/beans/vegetables soup, now in the freezer in five meal size portions and a batch of hotpot sauce, now cooling before I add either chopped up cooked sausages or chopped up cooked chicken. Then that goes into the freezer in meal size portions.
Your banana blueberry bread looks yummy. I'm planning a banana cake which will also go into the freezer in portions.

  6. That is a masterpiece Bruce and I would love to gorge myself upon it. Do you have greaseproof paper in Arizona? That would assist easy removal from baking tin.

    1. Yes, it's called parchment paper over here and I will use it next time I make this.
