SATURDAY MORNING

A (semi-)perfect breakfast.

A two-egg omelet rather sloppily flipped with mozzarella and cheddar cheeses melted inside.

It tasted good, anyway.

I've never used mozarella. I'd add pesto to that!

That sounds worth a try!

Either would be good and I think I may have some pesto in the freezer. LL, mozarella, oh I guess it's mozzarella, is the white stuff on your frozen store bought pizzas.

I would love to try it!

Yum! I need to make omelets soon. Got eggs, cheese, peppers, onions, even chicken-of-the-woods mushrooms. And ham bits. Yep, omelets on the menu!

Oh man, your omelets sound a lot better than mine.

You'd be welcome.

Oh yum!

It looks scrumptious. In England, we spell the word in the same way as the French - omelette! "Omelet" seems like a dyslexic child's attempt to spell the word. I'm just sayin'.

Looks very nice. I'll have mind bursting with cheddar, peppers, onions and mushrooms please.

*sits down at table, expectantly*

Have a good day!

My grandpa would have put salsa on that! It always seemed odd to me. But not as odd as having a jar of pickled pig's feet in his fridge.
