SUNDAY DINNER

Shrimp Piccata & Rotini Alfredo.




Accompanied by salted bread sticks (not shown) and Judy's latest fruit salad.




Strawberries, cantaloupe and pineapple sprinkled with Tajin Clasico seasoning.

Very tasty!

Shrimp with pasta is so delicious. We live in a pasta free zone, not for hubby's diabetes.

I just look for flavor. SWMBO is in charge of keeping the recipes (moderately) healthy. 😉

Tajin is such a versatile spice. I, too, love it on watermelon and it's delicious on corn on the cob. Lots of good uses for it.
