Downunder we still have four weeks of unnecessary extra daylight before we swutch back to Normal time. "swutch"? suddenly I am a New Zealander, ha ha. I meant to type switch, but either way I still hate daylight saving and don't see any reason for it.
Lucky you! We have 8 months of DST now. Why we can't have just 4 more months on the same time time, whether it's Standard Time or Daylight, shouldn't be that hard to do.
I try to but it seems to slip through my fingers ...
ReplyDeleteDon't rub it in! In Illinois we will lose an hour tonight! :(
ReplyDeleteSO jealous! I hate this ridiculous one hour time change.
ReplyDeleteHurray for Arizona! I wish everyone would do that.
ReplyDeleteIsn't it great? One less thing to think about!
ReplyDeleteI must remember to "spring forward" tonight, alas.
ReplyDeleteI detest this practice each year. I envy my friends in AZ & HI.
ReplyDeleteGood question. Some aREAS Are choosing to stay on standard time.
ReplyDeleteEvery time I moan why don't they leave it aloooone..

ReplyDeleteDaylight saving time is utterly absurd. It's definitely time to stop this and leave the clocks alone! (NewRobin13)
ReplyDeleteA very wise state.

ReplyDeleteI do not understand the DST thing. I never have. I never will. The Amish do not follow the practice either.
