A Painted Fence

Tom Sawyer (SWMBO) has been busy in our back yard.

She decided the new fence was too stark with just the simple, unpainted wood. So she got some stain and some pigment, created her own colors and painted away.

She said tie-dye was her inspiration. I think those French impressionists may also have had an influence on her.

With that patio umbrella, it is a colorful back patio.

  5. I've been catching up on some great posts here, cat. Love the colorful patio, the amazing library and the autumn leaves.
I heard that your new library will have a virtual reality room!
Prescott Valley is so progressive! I'm always impressed with all the various community doings:)

  6. Brain - I believe that (the virtual reality room) is correct though I am at a loss to what that means, yet.

  8. Henri - Watch out! She's one of those 95% of "mis-behavers"!

Thanks both for the fence compliments.

  10. Lucy - I can't promise that. Jazz and Muggles don't go outside and Smoke doesn't stand very still when he's outside.
