WHAT A DIFFERENCE . . .

I had planned on showing this photo, taken Saturday, on my blog this morning.

Or maybe this one.

But instead here's what I found outside my window today.

The petunias seemed to be collapsed in tears.

Most of it is gone now.  But a couple of hours ago . . .

Still, there was beauty to be found.

Beautiful shots, all, but that last one is my favorite.

Mine, too. That's why I saved it for last. Thanks, Judy.

These photographs are great illustrations of the etherealness of life.

Lovely! Even that Substance-Which-Shall-Not-Be-Named :)

Beautiful. This time of year I'm one of those optimistic oddballs who actually looks forward to having some snow. By mid-February if we haven't had any I go into a funk. Right now, though, I have high hopes.

How about that. Snow in Arizona and it's dry in Germany. Love the photos.

Snow in Arizona?! Holy Moly - we haven't had any yet in the UK this winter, but I guess I don't mind a small amount just for the photo opportunities!

Thank you for your kind comments on my blog - so much appreciated. Your pictures here are just lovely.

Take care :) x

Better concentrate on the beauty rather than on the damage done.
