CHRISTMAS 2013

Christmas for us this year was one of uncertainty as we pondered a move from the Phoenix we've enjoyed back north to the Prescott area. But we spent a great Christmas Eve and Christmas morning with the BRD and her Beau Jack at her beautiful Prescott home.

My bride, SWMBO, clad in holiday red.

The BRD, mugging while wearing her dog Wrigley's Christmas antlers.

And a bit later, preparing her traditional Christmas Eve feast of steak and lobster.  Yum!

The next day we gathered once again for Sunday brunch.

This wonderful fruit was just one portion of another delicious meal.

The always smiling Beau Jack and I took simultaneous pictures of each other.

This is one of my favorite pictures, showing the beauty of this woman in repose, contemplating an afternoon nap.

And finally, one of many sets of salt-and-pepper shakers the BRD owns with magnets that allow a formal kiss.

It was a lovely Christmas and the next day we found what we believe will be our new home in Prescott Valley.  More on that later.

Oh my! Celebration at its best! Such wonderful pause in your possible move thoughts.
P.S. No, not only food booths... I'll post a couple of answers to your questioning next time.

Clearly, you all had a great Christmas, and that's good. I hope your discovered home is all that you hope it to be - and that you have a successful move. Nice to know that wherever you go, you'll remain only a few tappings on a keyboard away.
