Spring is a mistress, lover, a sweet and passing seasonal joy. Spring teases life back into our winter weary bones. And there she is, smiling at you, just outside your window.
It seems to me that the older I get, the more difficult it becomes to shrug off the ended winter, to find the energy to embrace the coming spring. But nature always turns up trumps; she never stops reminding one that there are always good things in store.
Nice to see what spring looks like. I am seeing a few bare spots on the hill outside my window, but mostly it's white. My crocus will be blooming by mid to late May.

ReplyDeleteWhen do you expect fruit?
ReplyDeleteAs soon as I go to the grocer. I don't think this type of tree bears fruit.

ReplyDeleteNice yard. Besides the color provided by the plum tree, I especially like the LACK of grass. My kind of yard! :)

ReplyDeleteFlowers first, shade next. It's a good sign and a beautiful sight.
