"The Cattle and the Wheat and the Folks who can't be beat....
" . . . y'oughta go ta, Nor' Dakota!"
Would you say it is a nice place to be from?Steve
Indeed.
My dad was from South Dakota.
Did you bronze those shorts?
Whew - I didn't want this to be the last shorts picture!
Did they MAKE you wear pants to enter Canada? Or did you see that as a formal occasion compared to state-hopping?
No. They stood by themselves.
The latter.
I guess I'll have to wait. I do envy those long legs.
Have shorts, will travel. Wire Legs.(that's for those of a generation to remember Richard Boone's Palladin)
As a youngun' I would ride my bike downtown to the Pilot Butte Inn and watch Boone come out in the morning and head off with his entourage south of town where they did a lot of the filming of 'Have Gun, Will Travel". Remember it well.
