THROWBACK THURSDAY

Before I discovered the pleasure of a beard.

Auditioning for the role of the Sundance Kid in some movie with Paul Newman.

(Just kidding.)

It was a selfie taken in a bathroom mirror in Indianapolis back in the very early 1970's.

You took selfies in the 70's? Boy were you ahead of your time.

The vintage Catalyst looks great. And he's wearing a tab collar shirt! Think those could make a comeback?

Anything could except maybe those yellow plaid pants I had on!

Looks more to me like a booking photo with the numbers photoshopped out.

In high school snap tab shirts were very popular, no tie, just buttoned and snapped up under a sweater. I think we picked it up from American Bandstand.

I was thinking what Sharon said, maybe the first "Selfie."

Why would you take a picture of yourself in a bathroom? Just curious.

It was the only place I had a mirror. Digital cameras had yet to be born and I didn't own a Polaroid.
