Brings back great memories!
You were such a cute kid!
You mean I'm not a cute adult?
Back when fish stories were fish stories eh?
When men were men and fish were fish.Steve
Best throw back Thursday post ever!
North Dakota muskie?
And North Dakota perch?
Actually, Bill, that's a Canadian walleye and Canadian perch.
Hmmmm... Do you mean Northern Pike? My Grandpa use to get big northerns in N.D. around the Garrison Dam.
We used to get lots of Northerns up there, too, but I believe these are Walleyes.
CORRECTION: Montana Mike has informed me that the big fish are Northern Pike, not Walleyes, as I had believed. But I haven't fished for one in nearly 70 years so I blame a failing memory. Sorry, Bill.
Dang! I'd hate to see the one that got away!
That's a good one!
