THROWBACK THURSDAY

March 2, 2008

I'm back!

Due to a vast number of (well, okay, a few) requests, I am bringing back Oddball Observations for another run at blogging. This will be the third time and I can only hope it's a charm. The next time I get bored with blogging, I will try my best not to delete my blog. I'll just put up a notice saying I'm "On Hold" until the juices start flowing again.

I don't have much to say today so this will just be an announcement of my return.

Maybe tomorrow I'll be more "talkative."

In the meantime, thanks to all of my former readers who urged me to bring it back.

C'mon you guys, the above was written nearly nine years ago, just as I was beginning this blog once again.

Today the temperature has climbed to the mid 70's and it's a fabulous day for lazing behind a fishing line in the sun at Fain Park.

    1. Actually, if you read the above carefully, you'll see that it was something I wrote nearly nine years ago!

    2. That makes more sense, cause it seems since you went on time out you never stopped posting.

  2. It is simply your presence we request. You bring with you, by nature I assume, your oddball observation. No heavy lifting required. Just show up. We will be grateful.

  3. Some other blogs I follow seemed to be bogged down lately. You could always go to a once a week blog which some have done. Another blogger I follow has started to put links to other things of interest or that she found interesting. Just think if you were trying to write The Great American Novel!

  4. Take a nap. My problem is to find something funny when our earth and country is going down a hole. A nap sometimes help me focus on immediate joys and problems I can do something about. I'm looking forward to reading your material in the near future!

  7. I took my wife fishing at the Mekong Market in Mesa. It was delicious.
