Pyracantha berries, golden in the sun.
They are said to be mildly poisonous and can cause gut problems if you eat a lot of them raw.
The Great All-Knowing Google says they are only edible if you crush them and wash them under running water.
As for me I think I'll just enjoy their visual beauty.

We planted 2 of these a few years ago in the back corner of the yard. They are really huge this year and making a great privacy hedge. In the spring they had white blossoms and now are covered in berries. I've read they can grow 12' tall. We let ours have a natural or wild look, but many around town are trimmed into a low round ball.
I think I would look and not touch!
They are eye catching. I've never heard of them before, and doubt they grow here.

Suggest you do just that, feast on them with your eyes, only! Lovely to see.
If Moses had seen this bush from a distance, it would look like a flaming bush that would not be consumed.
I think I would wait until some unsuspecting soul tried then out; and then wait for the outcome.
I've never seen one of those bushes.
In your header, that is definitely Blackwell's color!
