BAKERY UPDATE

SWMBO said yesterday evening, "We're running low on bread."

Being an understanding husband to this woman of nearly 50 years, I hied me to the kitchen this morning.

Fresh from the bread machine . . .

A loaf of whole wheat bread studded with dried cranberries (Craisins).

It joined a couple of loaves of previously baked English Muffin bread.

But then I got a little "arty".

Here's the "beauty shot".

We have a bread machine we have never used and I don't even know how to begin but this makes me think I should start making bread!

I've never heard of English muffin bread! Homemade bread is the best, especially how it makes the home smell. I like your arty shot!

Wow! That's a lot of yummy bread. When I bake I make one loaf. I don't have a bread machine but have considered buying one. You are inspiring me to take a look at what kind of machines are available.
