That header looks like a Chris VanAllsburg. His mother ran the ice cream shop, Jersey Junction, in our little town of East Grand Rapids. Chris went to the local high school and went on to do great things. Local boy makes good.

The artist is Fabio Hurtado, a Spanish painter from Madrid.
Look up Chris VanAllsburg. Uncanny similarity. And I will look up Fabio!
In fact, they use the same bull terrier.
