I well remember a trip to Florida around Easter. On the way home we were passed by many large RVs, driven at about 95 mph by 95 year old men and women on I-95. It was a terrifying trip.
Granny Sue's reminisce reminds me of a joke. An elderly man was driving home. His cell rang and his wife said, "Be careful! I just heard that there is a crazy man driving the wrong way on your route home.' The old man replied, "One????!!!! There's a whole bunch of them!"

Oh my! Never thought of it that way!
Not ever having contemplated being a Snowbird, do they ever get too old to keep relocating (and deal with two houses) and just stay?
As Andy Rooney said, It happens. If you're lucky it will happen to you.

My grandparents and parents did that for decades. Look out here they come.
