GRAPES OF . . .

I think these may have come from Peru but I'm not sure.

But as Judy pointed out it's the first time I bought some red grapes in a grocery store and they came out of the bag looking like they were just pulled from a vine.

They're nearly all gone now but they were moist and delicious and they served wonderfully as a bit of a side salad to many great meals.

If they came from Mexico, they'll cost a lot more soon, thanks to our moronic 'president'.

I know! I've been getting the candy reds at Costco and the honey bee grapes at Trader Joe's. Delish!

I rarely buy grapes and now I wonder why since I do love them! Strangely, I dislike grape flavored stuff though like grape juice or grape candy. And I hate wine!

They look good!

That's exactly how we get our bagged grapes, in bunches still on the stem.

Mmmm...lovely.
Our supermarket here is currently selling black grapes from Chile. Sweet and delicious.

I'm surprised that you didn't crush them with your bare feet before making a bottle of wine... "Chateau Bruce" with a hint of toenails.

I was expecting "wrath"! But I'm glad they didn't make you wrathful.

Nice fresh fruit, out of season, an amazing world we live in.

Oh, nice! That burst of juice in the mouth, nothing can compare to a good grape.

Can't recall the last time I've had grapes.
