According to Tajin's website, the classic version - which is what we have - is made of chili peppers, lime and sea salt. But whatever the peppers, they are not extremely hot. So the combination is pleasant with just a bit of a kick.
Artistic! I would eat all but the watermelon, not being a fan of melons.
