"Noe, noe, noe, noe . . .:
I bet you all just joined in on that chorus, didn't you?
What?
You're confused?
Well, it's that great old song "No L".
So I was just singing it like it was meant to be sung, y'know.
Oh well, never mind.
Just get ready for a swashbuckling holiday.
And don't forget to hang the mistletoe.
Worf! Worf! Worf!
That sounded like Santa's doggie outside.
Oh, no, it's just the Hound of the Baskerville.
Well, whatever it is, put evil thoughts behind you and plot yourselves an exquisitely peaceful and happy Christmas next week.
But whatever you do, don't forget to keep laughing!
Here, kitty-kitty . . .
( . . . ah, yes, I should have guessed . . . )

I thought these were all fabulous but the cat at the end takes the prize! Though I would like the pizza hut . . .
ReplyDeleteIkea and Nativity Scene on a Budget made me chuckle.
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas! And thank you for the funnies.
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas, I think I am stage 4 - Santa.
ReplyDeleteLove them all, although I must admit it took me a while to "get" Missile Toe! And I've stolen the one about Rudolf's new nose, thanks! Have a wonderful Christmas!
ReplyDeleteThank you for these Friday Funnies. Wishing you and your loved ones a very Merry Christmas! (NewRobin13 and Roger)
ReplyDeleteTook me awhile to see Yoda and I can't decide if that's my favorite, or the Jesus, Mary, and Joseph with the camels. Too funny.
ReplyDeleteThe mistletoe took me a while, despite the fact that you clearly gave it away. LOL
ReplyDeleteThe "pizza hut" is a little gross. I liked Yoda in the nativity scene, though. Yoda IS quite a spiritual character, though perhaps more Buddhist than Christian.
Have a great holiday!
IKEA-shudder! I have a fear of any furniture from that place. That poor Worf card--the girlfriend got murdered and his son was a pill. Missile Toe, HAHA. I should get that one for John since he worked with cruise missiles at Boeing. :)
ReplyDeleteCan you hear me laughing from over here! Oh my - these were the best ever!! Being a Trekkie I thoroughly enjoyed the Worf family, but all of them are just hilarious!! A great start to Christmas week. Merry Christmas to all!! (bobandcarla.foster@gmail.com)
ReplyDelete"My Mom still hasn't noticed"? Is that E.T. in the nativity scene? Perhaps he was the father.
ReplyDeleteOh now I know it was the character "Yoda" - though I have never watched even one "Star Wars" film.
ReplyDeleteHo Ho Ho! Merry Christmas!
ReplyDeleteThose are great, although I had to read the comments to figure out the Yoda one. You and your buddies are doing a great job. 😊
ReplyDeleteI like the No L tune!
ReplyDeletethecontemplativecat . I love the military manger, it is so unexpected. and of course, the Star trek Klingons..
ReplyDeleteThat nativity scene with the extra attendee...priceless. I once found our youngest using our nativity figures as action figures in a major war with his Ninja Turtles.
ReplyDeleteOh no! The Ikea sleigh.
ReplyDeleteI straight up cackled at the mistletoe - hahahaha!
ReplyDeleteYou reminded me of the time I asked my husband to get me a Christmas sandwich. That's right; you guessed it. A BLT with no L.
ReplyDeleteI hope you and yours have a wonderful holiday!
