The Olympics are over! Now can we get back to reality, NBC?
That is - "America's Got Talent" and "Stars Earn Stripes".
Actually I had my Olympic moment this afternoon when I accidentally turned on NBC in time to see the last few miles of the marathon race. An athlete from Uganda beat two Kenyans for the Gold. Now, that's entertainment.

I lost interest in the Olympics about 4 or 5 days ago. I like the field event, but I find track boring.
I see people on TV here every week who can run like the wind, too, except they're usually being chased by the police.
I always feel a letdown when the Olympics are over. I think the Brits did a fantastic job of hosting them.
I watched more Olympics this year than in the past. Having only a one hour time difference probably had something to do with it.
Out of respect to our athletes I left the Olympics on the whole day.
I felt like an idiot watching them compete in the gym while I was on the treadmill I must confess...Or at least I felt like a slacker...
