SWMBO has been telling me for years that I should watch my nutrition and eat more healthy foods.  So . . .

    Now there's a damn good reason for using a very small bucket of ice, and furthermore, for tipping it yourself! It was funny, but I do hope she wasn't brain damaged...well, Ok, even more brain damaged! ;-)
