Whenever I pass here I think that they need a nice sculpture in that fountain instead of just a black pipe sticking up. I do like the little waterfall though. Have you ever been up there when the gangs of teens are hanging around blocking the road? I think the sign is for them.

That's a good question.
I would have been tempted to loiter.
I shot the video while loitering on a park bench directly in front of/and facing the water feature.

All I had to do to 'loiter' around water today was to step outside. Wish I could have sent some, and the temps....it got up to 46 today.
Cool here today, too. Only got up to 84.
