THE BIRDS AND THE BEE(s)

This is our birdbath (and our flagstone walk) in our back yard.

This is a closer view.

Hey! I said BIRD-bath!

Who let that bee in here?

Dear?  There was a bee in our bath and he's left me feeling all fuzzy.

Where is he? I'll take care of him!!!

So ends today's saga of the birds and the bee(s).

What? You were expecting something different?

I get bees in our big fountain, but they don't seem to bother the birds. Having bees in the hummingbird feeder IS a problem. They keep the hummingbirds away. I like your yard. You've done just enough so it's low maintenance but not the barren wasteland. I'm still lobbying for grass . . .

I love your bird bath. Very nice!
David is my best friend. We end up eating together once or twice a week.

Haven't seen a bee, yet.

Now I'm more confused than ever about the birds and the bees.

If you look carefully at that third picture, there's one on the edge.

Ah, that clears it up.

That may have been my intent. :^D

Maybe that is some of the bees that swarmed into my tree. That was a bit worrisome for a couple of hours but they all flew away sometime when we weren't looking. You have a nice yard.
