It looks so easy until you hit that trail. I am going fly fishing in a couple of weeks, should be fun, but i'm not looking forward to walking on slippery underwater boulders.
Understand what you say about the old knees and ankles. They are not as flexible or as sure as they used to be. Inclines are still a good thing for us, even if it makes us breath hard.
Your specks may have been dirty.

I was in that same mess just a couple of months ago. I figure I'm never going to be too old.
