My computer is sick.
Its 4-month-old power supply ceased to function and it's in the shop seeking repairs.
I'm typing this (slowly) on SWMBO's damnable laptop.
(I hate laptops.)
Have patience.
I shall return.

I, too, hate laptops. I have to plug in a mouse to do everything but type. And I have a plug-in number pad at work to enter grades. Which kind of defeats the purpose of having a laptop, because I don't want to lug around all the accessories. Oh, and I don't have much of a lap, either.
Not wild about computers in all their forms, but laptops are what I'm stuck with for this iteration.
Yeah, I don't care for laptops either. Hope your 'puter is back better than ever, the sooner the better. :)
Good luck! I love my laptop - but I love most that we got a docking station for it so I can plug it into my regular monitor & keyboard. I do all my serious work that way, and then unhook it, carry it into the living room & "play" in my recliner :)
