I rode a horse like that too. Could have been a cousin I suppose. I'll have to dig out the picture. No one ever believed it was a real bucking horse, though I encountered my first existential dilemma as I pondered that. But it had been a real horse, once, alive and all that. But how did it become this "thing" that I could ride, looking like a king of the cowboys?
Great picture. I'm impressed!
ReplyDeleteIs that horse stuffed?
ReplyDeleteWhat??? Would I ride a stuffed horse?
DeleteI hope your Dad chewed out the wrangler. Those stirrups are not adjusted right.
ReplyDeleteA little long for me.
DeleteLooks like Old Paint hung himself up on that fence post. Where's your hat? Boots? Jeans? Gun belt?
ReplyDeleteI was a drugstore cowboy.
DeleteLove the hand up in the air! Is that a real horse? Standing on one leg? I think it's a One Trick Pony.
ReplyDeleteHmm, One Trick Pony . . why didn't I think of that.
DeleteThe horse does look in an agitated state for you to look so calm and in control. Impressive.
