I hung our flag for the day.
And SWMBO grilled a typical American dinner for us.
Spicy Swai, a fish similar to catfish.
This particular Swai was farm-raised in Vietnam and the Google tells me it is a product of the Mekong Delta.
How's that for a red, white and true blue American meal?
(It was delicious.)

Sounds about right. Any real American is a mutt and a mix and from somewhere else.
We had marinated shrimp on the barbie. Rick saluted Maker's Mark.

If it's delicious it doesn't matter where it came from, and it does look delicious.
