No, I don't remember. That's probably because I have early Alzheimer's. The truck has a keypad to open the door. I want to go back to when no one even locked their car doors.
My dad's 1990 Ford Ranger (which he still drives sometimes) is like that. It also has no automatic door locks, no automatic windows, and you have to reach out of the window to move the side mirrors.

Uh, like most mornings when I grab my key ring. Why do you ask??
I seem to recall there being one for the ignition and another for the trunk.
the round one is the door, the rectangular one the ignition.
How dumb was that!

Now some cars don't use keys like that. Push button ignition and clickers is what it takes.
Yeah. I'm that old. Remember when the headlight-dimmer was on the floor?

Dare I say...me!
Oh, yes. Sucked. And different keys for back door, front door... pile 'o keys.
I'm down to two keys, total. So much happier.
Yep!
