No alcohol at all. No exercise. Food about the same except less bread and trying to eat less of what I do eat. So no real serious diet except for the lack of hootch.

Try to do some walking. I know you've got some leg issues, but hobble a bit as best you can and build up distances. It's good for you in every way and will help burn calories. Good luck with all that you are doing..
