ITZA VINTER VUNDERLAND, SVEN!

"Away to the window I flew like a flash,
Tore open the shutters and threw up the sash,
The moon on the breast of the new-fallen snow
Gave the lustre of mid-day to objects below,"

We had snow too this morning but the wind started to blow and everything was blown away...

We used to call this sugar snow. Really pretty on the trees. I was thinking this would have been more appreciated on December 24th!

Well we in NW France still haven't had any snow. [What a shame! :)]. That could all change over night. Good thing is that we're well stocked up with dog food.

Now THAT's snow!

Very pretty. It reminds me of the wet, heavy kind of snow that breaks off the limbs of our cedar trees.

It is +13˚C here in Toronto and sunny!

It's a few hours later now and it's 42 degrees F., the sun is shining and the snow is gone except in some shady areas. That's winter in Arizona.

It looked very winterish--were I there I'd appreciate it's disappearance.

Do people in AZ even own a snow shovel?
