RED ALERT

The sky was full of smoke from the Sheridan Fire burning in the Camp Wood area northwest of Prescott last night.

It made for an impressive sunset.

Unfortunately either my little point-and-click camera or the photographer manning it made a blurry picture.

But you get the idea.

  1. I saw that sunset close and personal last night. It had an orange tint like Tump's hair That on the day Trump said he was the Choen One.. Very scary.

  2. Blurry just makes it "artistic!"

  3. Those smokey skies make for dramatic sunsets. As for the blur, blame it on the click, not the point and certainly not the operator!

  4. Wow!

Thank you for the picture. Pictures from point-and-shoots may not be perfect but they're still priceless.

  5. I hope the smoke wasn't so bad you were smelling it.

  6. It was quite far away though it doesn't appear that way in the photo. Judy said she might have smelled it but she wasn't sure.

  7. As much as I dislike our fiery summers here, the sunrises and sunsets they make are beautiful. Haven't seen one here yet this summer, and the beauty of your photo reminds me of what is likely to come soon.
