Nice sign. To answer your question on my blog its the new moving image museum in Amsterdam called the Eye building. The Eye building was designed by Delugan Meissl architects which specializes in buildings that appear to be in motion and officially opened on April 4 2012 by Queen Beatrix.
Clearly their dog has been to school.
