Our local supermarket has one area for seasonal displays. Halloween stuff goes up as soon as back-to-school is over, then Christmas comes up right after October 31. I don't mind it, I think it's funny, probably because we mostly ignore Christmas. I do enjoy the colors.
I am enjoying getting ready for Christmas! I put up the Nativity set this past weekend. Dropped a big platter on my toe, broke it and now I am hobbling along. But, I am really happy to pull out old ornaments and memories.

A local department store began advertising come in, take pic with Santa … early last week!
