Bruce Off real topic, but have you every had buttermilk? I have, as a kid. Chilled, from the dairy farmer we knew...left a film with small white chunks on the side of the glass. Make me choke and gag with the first swallow. Maybe it's just me.
No, I don't think I have ever drank the stuff. I've used it in some of my baking but even then it was made from a dry mix powder I think. I think I'd choke and gag too!
