SATURDAY SUPPER

Judy created it last night.


Caprese Bruschetta with a Balsamic reduction glaze.

Toasted French bread topped with mozzarella cheese, sliced tomatoes and fresh basil.


It was fantastic.

Basil, yes; tomatoes, no. Ours aren't that big, different variety.

Oh, you know I only show it when we do something special. Most of the time it probably looks just like anyone else's.
