It seems to be baking weather and time. I too have the urge although pies are one of my (many) cooking weaknesses. That is a beautiful work of culinary art! Bon Appetit!
That is the first I've heard of lemon pie, I love lemons and I love pie. I do like lemon meringue pie but this one sounds different. I hope your infection heals quickly.
I got up the other morning at 4, made coffee, and warmed up a nice piece of Boysenberry pie. Why don't you fed-ex me a slice of Judy's and do an early morning test run.
I really do want to come to eat at your place one day! That looks so good!

ReplyDeleteRedPat: You're always welcome. Just wear a mask.
ReplyDeleteMargaret: She thanks you.
Terra, it is a lemon meringue pie. Infection?
Jager: I haven't seen any Boysenberry pie on my doorstep!
Val: I dunno, it may be gone already.
Wow! That is quite an elegant-looking pie. Ours are more practical than elegant! LOL
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!
ReplyDeleteSteve - She had a few lemon slices left over. It's how it tastes that counts.
ReplyDeleteSharon - She's glowing.
