THE BRITS

I began watching Downton Abbey yesterday.

I had watched around the first six episodes a couple of years ago and then quit so I decided to start at the beginning once again.

Nothing like a British drama to relax the mind.

And then what turned up in my email?

Probably from Wacky Wally but I'm not sure.

At any rate, here it is.

Coincidence?

Must have been.

Cakes' grandmother was born in England, she indoctrinated her granddaughter in all things English, so...we've watched everything English on TV

Very clever! I think 'During the Time of Covid' there has been a resurgance in binge watching series previously enjoyed before. I love watching movies based on the English, both contemporary and period pieces. Good to have subtitles though!

Good one Bruce. I like the British sense of humour, TV series better than their food )(except lamb stew).

British mysteries are superb. Downton Tabby? Excellent.

Sounds like the Master of Algorithms is at work.

We watch a lot of British shows. Their mysteries are so good! We get BBC Canada which shows a lot of types of their shows.

Admittedly I've never watched Downton.

Ha! That IS a coincidence. We watched all of "Downton Abbey," and I really loved it, although it's basically a big soap opera.

Well, I am pleased. I am surrounded by oddballs here in my county, and this is not a good thing. I see that you are a good kind of oddball. Lord knows the world needs more of those. Have a good day!
