I am not a big fan of daylight saving time. I saw a funny post on Facebook that said, "When told the reason for daylight savings time the old Indian said, 'Only the government would believe that you could cut a foot off the top of the blanket, sew it to the bottom, and have a longer blanket.'"
I didn't set my one clock, and my Tissot wristwatch ahead this morning after I woke at 6am, yesterday's time. I'm reminded of the horrible 3 dog night song, too.
If it's going to be Spring Forward, we should at least get springy weather and not gray skies/snow.
ReplyDeleteSpring doesn't actually begin until next Saturday and my forecast for that day calls for a high temperature of 66 degrees under partly SUNNY skies.
DeleteI say enough with the snow, already! (Not to you, but to the weather gods.)
ReplyDeleteAgreed.

ReplyDeleteI saw that too. Arizona for the most part does not go on DST.
DeleteThis is my least favourite morning of the year! I do like the longer light evenings though!

ReplyDeleteReference my reply to Andrea, above: It doesn't mean a thing to me.
DeleteShould read "until I woke"
ReplyDeleteSnow rules!
