Banana Bread (with Walnuts and Coconut).
I adore coconut (and nuts) so this would be perfect. My favorite cake is the Hummingbird.
I think you may need to save a piece of that and send it to me. It looks so yummy.

I bought some banana nut bread last week from the grocery store deli. Yours looks better. No hint of coconut in mine.
