Dear Bruce, I'm a fan of every item I've ever seen on a charcuterie platter, but have always felt "charcuterie" was one those words I could get badly hurt on. Excellent and appetizing post!
Where I live those meat and cheese snack boards get called by other names, the name Charcuterie is new to me. I first read it in a book last year and then googled to see what it was.
Nice!
ReplyDeleteDon't tell me you had dinner after that.
ReplyDeleteThat WAS dinner!
DeleteLooks good, what are in the rolls?
ReplyDeleteCheese and bacon.
DeleteOh, and Judy reminded me, onion too.
DeleteThat seems like real charcuterie. The boards I generally see include way too much stuff that doesn't qualify.

ReplyDeleteThis charcuterie thing sounds/looks like something that I could really get behind.
