THE FRIDAY FUNNIES

The weekend is upon us, Gentle Readers.

Speaking of that, I'm a little over a hundred pages into Hamnet.

What are you reading these days?

While you conjure up a good answer, let's get down to the business of the day, shall we?

And with that rather lame pun I bid you a fine weekend.

And always remember to keep laughing!

  1. Great, great line up. St. Patrick took me a minute . . . good for my brain! Can't get skating on thin eggshells, etc. out of my head. Pretty fun stuff!

  2. Such good ones today. Love the gnomes at the grocery store and talking to the cat. They were all good! Thanks.

  3. Ha! Love the last one. I had to really think about St. Patrick! I hope you're liking "Hamnet." I haven't read it and I've heard mixed reviews.

  6. I loved the cat ones! I've read "Hamnet" for Book Club. It was an excellent discussion. I wasn't as crazy about it as some others were, but it was certainly fascinating and well-written. The ending was lovely. I'm reading the latest Michael Connelly.

  10. I'm currently reading "The Secret Next Door" by Rebecca Taylor. It is pretty interesting so far.

Always love to laugh so these were good ones to have a chuckle or two over. The elf one though with the shopping cart. I think there is an ounce of truth to that one. We always manage to find the cart with the one wheel that doesn't seem to work quite right!

    Happy weekend!
