CAKE

 Good old Trader Joe.

We were in his local outpost about a week ago and I saw and quickly whisked into my cart a Meyer Lemon Cake Mix with Lemon Icing!

This morning I made it.




I mean, a lemon cake with lemon icing.

What can go wrong?

What can BE wrong about that?

Nothin'!

    That looks SO moist. I'm not a big fan of lemon but I would most certainly try a slice!

    I have made that cake, it is addictive, like eating a chunk addictive, when you get up to pee at 2 in the morning

    Looks yummy! We buy a boxed lemon cake from our supermarket (boxed as in already baked) and we love it.
