I haven't been baking but I have been cooking. A big pot of tomato/beans/vegetables soup, now in the freezer in five meal size portions and a batch of hotpot sauce, now cooling before I add either chopped up cooked sausages or chopped up cooked chicken. Then that goes into the freezer in meal size portions. Your banana blueberry bread looks yummy. I'm planning a banana cake which will also go into the freezer in portions.
That is a masterpiece Bruce and I would love to gorge myself upon it. Do you have greaseproof paper in Arizona? That would assist easy removal from baking tin.
Get mine at Costco and they are huge! I have them on granola.
ReplyDeleteLooks deliciously moist!
ReplyDeleteWhy don't you live beside me so that I could aid in the consumption of some great baked stuff.
ReplyDeleteI appreciate your sharing your results with us. Well, at least showing us the pictures and making us hungry. 😊

ReplyDeleteYes, it's called parchment paper over here and I will use it next time I make this.
