I think it's a Gala. Though it might be a Fuji. They're SWMBO's favorites.
I like both of those but my favorite is the Cosmic Crisp.
The stripes indicate Gala, Fujis don't usually have stripes. I buy Galas.
Lovely pictures. It's nice to focus on things we might otherwise take for granted.

I love apples. I've never seen chive blossoms before, they're pretty.
Oh, no! That beautiful apple will be undergoing the knife! The chives are quite photogenic. As well as being delicious.

Those chive blossoms look different from ours, which are tighter and purple. I guess those are Arizona chives. :)
