Regrettably I have no gin and no tonic.

Perhaps a tart or a key lime pie, while you wait for those bananas to ripen more.

Oh yes, I just went to two events for photos and it was v-e-r-y hot.
I LOVE banana bread! Especially if it's not quite all the way done in the middle. Yum!
Maybe you could put some sliced Jalapeños in the middle. 😮
