Now that we've all conquered that Pepperoni Pizza Bake from earlier in the week we can get down to things more serious.
Maybe I should say we can seriously get down to things more humorous.
Of course by the end of this post some of you may by in high dudgeon.
Let's see, shall we?
Or . . .
I think SWMBO wrote that one!
But I know how to get her back, said the Merry Punner!
So, fellow pun-lovers and pun-haters, that is the sum total of my humorous outlay for this week.
Now save up a couple of those for your weekend dinner party and see if the groans and sneers don't make your day.
At any rate, have a grate one . . oops, of course I meant a great one!
And always remember to keep laughing!
Here, kitty-kitty . . .
( . . . ah, I'll bet you know which one is mine, don't you . . . )
My favourite was the Phillip's head screwdriver one. Sadly, no dinner parties planned for this weekend or indeed any other weekends ahead.
ReplyDeleteMaybe you should organize one at your house, Professor.
DeleteI am going to a birthday party on Sunday. I shall take these with me!
ReplyDeleteOh dear, you may be asked to leave! 😉
DeleteLet puns abound! Like the pie rates and stranded on a dessert island!
ReplyDeleteGreat to have a soul that agrees with me! 😄
DeleteGreat batch. I love the trail mix!!!
ReplyDeleteThe Trekkies continue to amuse.
DeleteMy cat would say as Bill Clinton did, "It depends on what the meaning of the word 'is' is.
ReplyDeleteThe contrary cat.
DeleteI especially like the cats. 😊
ReplyDeleteMe too.
DeleteThe three-day coffee challenge is one I could actually complete!
ReplyDeleteAmazingly, after a lifetime of compulsive coffee drinking, I switched to green tea recently and only have one cup of it in the morning.
DeleteGroaners but they still make me smile:)
ReplyDeleteThat's a start!
