But what's this on the Weather Channel?
Another "nor-easter"?
Yup, snow and wind and coastal flooding and possible tornadoes and heavy rain in the Southeast.
In my environs, it is supposed to be mostly sunny with a high temperature of 66 today.
Happy springtime, Gentle Readers!
Here in the north of England our blooming daffodils have twice been blanketed in snow and on both occasions when the snow had thawed away they came up strong and yellow still trumpeting the late arrival of our springtime.
ReplyDeleteAnd my fall-planted dinner plate pansies have continued to bloom all through winter. Big fat faces of purple, yellow, lavender, burgundy! I've been in spring for months!
ReplyDeleteLight snow here.

I'm glad switching the link worked. It looks like we will be having very nice spring-like weather all week long. Yipeee!
ReplyDeleteGranddaughter Addie especially liked your video. We are ready for three days of rain. Forecasts call for 4-6 inches here with the heaviest coming tomorrow. We need the rain and welcome it, however folks in the Santa Barbara-Montecito area are evacuating AGAIN as they anticipate a heavier rain leading to more mud flows and slides.
ReplyDeleteIt is looking like spring!
Are the weather forecasters talking about Donner Party situations? :)
ReplyDeleteJust be glad you're not in Boston. 10" of snow forecast for tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteFriends of our escaped after the 1st Nor-Easter, they are extending their Florida vacation.
DeleteAs Cochrun said we're getting our winter rain in the spring...1800 folks under mandatory evacuation in SB and Montecito.
ReplyDeleteHappy springtime for YOU, maybe. LOL!
