Okay, okay, so I'm late.
We moved yesterday.
It was a huge one.
Three and a-half miles.
And you know what I learned?
1. Even a short move is gruelling.
2. Don't even think about moving when you're in your octogenarian era.
3. If moving with your mate, stay as far from her as possible.

ReplyDeleteI think moving 'just down the road' is worse than many states away. There is the tendency to not pack very well and label nothing. I wish you luck! It's hard work no matter what age you are.

Moving is grueling and your advice is excellent. Hope you're settling in! My favorite this week: the neighbors. I've been in that position a couple times.
